The 2025 Dragon 6 Symposium will be held at the Huang Hai Hotel, Qingdao, P.R. China. Please find HERE some useful information on how to reach Qingdao from Beijing.

A number of rooms have been block-booked at special rates at the Huang Hai Hotel and will be filled on a first come / first served basis. Please download from the following link the HOTEL BOOKING AND INVITATION LETTER FORM. The form should be completed and returned via email to the point of contact indicated on the first page by 30 April 2025.

The confirmation of the hotel booking and the invitation letter in support of the visa application (required for European participants) will be sent to you via email by the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology within 15 May 2025.
